Returns and Exchanges

At TrendyLuxy, your satisfaction is our priority. If the product you ordered does not meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of receiving your package, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act.

1. Right to Withdraw from the Contract (Return of Goods)

You have the right to cancel a distance contract without providing a reason, within 14 days of receiving your order.

How to return a product?

  1. Fill out the return form (you can download it here: [PDF form link])

  2. Include the form in the package with the returned product.

  3. Return the item to the following address:

Return Conditions:

  • The product must show no signs of use.

  • It must have the original tags and be returned in its original packaging.

  • A refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned package.

The refund will be processed using the same payment method you selected when placing your order.

2. Product Exchange

Want to exchange a product for a different size or model? That’s possible too!

How to exchange a product:

  1. Contact us by email at support@trendyluxelondon.co.uk to reserve the new product.

  2. Fill out the exchange form and include it in the package.

  3. Send the product to the same return address as above.

Once we receive the package and confirm its condition, we will ship the new product within 1–3 business days (if available in stock).

3. Product Complaints (Damaged or Faulty Items)

We're very sorry if you received a damaged or defective item!

How to submit a complaint:

  1. Send us an email at: support@trendyluxe.london.co.uk

  2. Include photos of the damaged product and your order number

  3. We process complaints within 14 business days

If your complaint is approved, we will offer a repair, product replacement, or a refund.

4. Shipping Costs

  • The cost of returning a product is the responsibility of the customer.

  • In the case of an approved complaint, we will reimburse the return shipping cost.

  • We do not accept cash-on-delivery (COD) shipments.
